  1. Interesting article Andreas. As to moving and gesticulating in language, I can recall having a challenging time in basic military training when trying to keep my body at attention when explaining something to my superiors. It is so natural and/or habitual for me to move my hands while speaking.

    1. You seem to speak with your whole being, visual and poetic, so I can easily imagine it must have felt unnatural for you.

      I had a similar experience having spent big parts of my childhood in Spain. Then comming to Norway gesticulating and being expressive and getting very little respons as to bodylanguage or facial expressions.
